New Jersey-based bakery company Puratos Corp. is moving out of its Rancho Cucamonga facility and expanding within Los Angeles' South Bay after leasing a recently completed warehouse/distribution facility in Gardena, California. Leased from Rexford Industrial Realty Inc., the Class A warehouse/distribution facility spans nearly 87,000 square feet at 15601 S. Avalon Blvd. The freestanding facility, completed in 2023, offers a 32-foot minimum clear height warehouse, nine dock-high positions, one grade-level door, LED lighting throughout the building, a fenced yard with 97 parking spots, an ESFR sprinkler system, ample power supply and on-site electrical charging for passenger vehicles.
